STRUCTURE OPTIMIZATION
After review by the design team, injection molding technicians and customers, since the 1# size 4.243" is an important assembly size, considering that the product will deform inward, in the early stage of design, we pre-deform the product outward to prevent product size differences.
Through mold flow analysis and our rich mold and molding experience, we delivered molds that exceeded customer expectations and used pre-deformation to make the final product meet customer requirements. The final customer was very satisfied.
